Synopsis:
This a film that documents and visualizes the very personal diary of the great Russian sculptress and the grand lady of the Soviet propaganda, Vera Mukhina. Vera is born in Riga, studied in Paris, and lives most of her life in Moscow. At the World Exhibition in Paris in 1937, she presents her monumental sculpture which weighs 75 tons and is 53 meter high. This monument amazes Picasso and the world.
