Synopsis:
The film is about a mother and daughter relationship. Isabella's mother suffers from a mental disease, and we follow Isabella's struggle to be more independent from her mother, but the struggle creates conflicts between them. At the same time, Isabella and her mother are deeply connected. They are best friends and each other's soul mates, as Isabella says. But what happens, when your soul mate is mentally ill “and at the same time your mother? The story follows the development Isabella undergoes during the spring when she is turning 18 and needs to stand on her own feet.
