Synopsis:
In 2010 at a live concert in Ventura, California, members of the local homeless community stood in front of an audience and shared the experience and wisdom of having lived without shelter. This in an effort to educate us all on the real face of homelessness. Their only support were four sensitive jazz improvisers who played backup band to the stories. VOICES OF THE HOMELESS is the story of this special concert. And all the music is improvised.
