Synopsis:
Bologna, August 2nd, 1980: The most powerful bombing attack in Italy since WWII. The Bologna train station massacre caused 85 deaths and 200 injuries, with unspeakable suffering for the entire country. Neo-Fascist terrorists - with the compliance of the Italian Secret Service - made just one mistake: to let that bomb explode in Bologna. From the first minutes after bomb, the reaction and speed of Bologna's citizens were immediate, and people of different ages and social classes promptly participated in the delivery of relief aid. The terrorists probably attempted to trap anti-Fascists and democrats. Their strategy failed as the expected reaction did not happen.
