Synopsis:
This documentary is a story about Sarajevo, ten years after the Bosnian conflict; a lyrical, poignant study of this unique city, and a reflection on war and regeneration - seen through the eyes of those with a powerful, emotional connection to the city. The filmmaker leans towards acute visual observation and lyricism, not to present a ‘journalistic’ report. The film allows people the opportunity to express views on the issues they consider important in a relaxed and informal way, and it also attempts to capture the character of this attractive and gentle city, searching to understand the emotions and contradictions that undoubtedly exist within the inhabitants.
