Synopsis:
Vecinos del volcán (Neighbours of the Volcano) On the morning of 2 may 2008, a volcano disrupted a small and remote town in Southern Chile. Chaitén was devastated by the massive eruption and subsequent flood that swamped the settlement. Its seven thousand residents were forced to leave everything behind to save their lives. This is story of three families from Chaitén who abandoned their little paradise and have had to adapt to the twists and turns of Fate. They have to leave all of their fears behind and return to reconstruct their land.
