Synopsis:
Deep in the heart of Texas, fatigue and sickness sets in. Jeff and Mike decide it is time for a health boost, so they stop at an organic garden and bed and breakfast, Eve’s Garden. Owners Kate and Clyde talk about the importance of organic food. Why choose organic, versus pesticide-exposed food? Jeff and Mike left on this trek through the southern tier with the intention of asking different religions to share the environmental teachings found in their different holy books. In this episode, the focus is on Christianity in a spread of perspectives collected from Corpus Christi, Texas to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ride over the border from Texas to Louisiana, and take an in-depth look at two topics that threaten public safety in Coastal Louisiana: erosion and the dead aone.
