Synopsis:
How can the loss of an entire generation be overcome? In October 2002 a terrible earthquake struck the small town of San Giuliano di Puglia, killing 27 children and forcing the entire population to abandon the historic town centre and move to temporary accommodation a few hundred meters away. After 8 years, the skeletons of buildings dismembered by the violence of the quake have been replaced by scaffolding and construction works, yet the grief following the loss of children is more alive now than ever.
