Each December, the Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture opens its doors to young people interested in exploring sustainable agriculture. Farmers between 18 and 40 years old, from all kinds of different backgrounds and experience levels come to the Young Farmers Conference to attend seminars on resilient growing techniques, network with each other, dance together and of course, enjoy some delicious local food.
