Synopsis:
Dorje is a Tibetan refugee living in Dharamshala in northern India. He is also a born entertainer who loves to dance and has a style that is completely his own. He seeks only to express himself in his own irrepressible way. His biggest dream is to dance at the Miss Tibet beauty pageant. He is also a unique self-styled philosopher who has strong opinions on life and his beautiful mountain environment. However, Dorje is also troubled by thoughts of what the future holds. The signs of globalisation are all around him as Dharamshala has become a prime destination for foreign tourists and his once slow paced environment is changing rapidly. The film follows Dorje as he seeks to make his mark in this new world.
