Call Off the Search : Director: Jim Lemkin and David Godman |
Genre: Documentary | Produced In: 1993
Synopsis: This documentary on the Indian Master, HWL Poonja, affectionately known as Papaji, captures him beautifully. He discusses the nature of enlightenment and the impediments which seem to obscure it. His message is clear that, "We already are that for which we are seeking." "Stop all searching." "You are That!" This film, shot and produced in Lucknow, India, includes interviews with Papaji, and clips from his Satsangs, along with rare footage of Sri Ramana Maharshi, his teacher. There are also testimonials from some of the many people who have attained freedom through Papaji's presence and grace.
