Synopsis:
Where is the line between fact and fiction when it comes to religious truth claims? How do you know which stories to trust and which to take lightly? For true believers the answer is simple: my religion is true, all others are false. For true skeptics the answer is also easy: all religions are false. For Rabbi Rami, things aren’t quite so clear. In this very short humorous film, Rabbi Rami uses basketball as his theological guide, making a distinction between what is probable, possible (even if improbable), and clearly impossible. While making no judgments about specific faith claims, this film does offer a simple scale for deciding for yourself what is truth and what is merely truthy.
