Synopsis:
Chronicle of Manuel Delgado Villegas, the Arropiero, the most notorious Spanish serial killer, who had an erratic life and lived by selling his blood. After confessing to his 48 crimes, he was found to be a suspect in 22 murders and guilty of seven, some of which took place in France and Italy. The discovery of these facts goes beyond the limits of the Justice Administration which, unable to comprehend such brutality, marginalized him and made him wander through psychiatric institutions until the therapeutic methods and the shock treatments he underwent turned him into a harmless and socially-helpless human being. He died in 1998, and today some mysteries about his life still remain.
