Synopsis:
Ajay Noronha seeks to make a film that will help him piece together a picture of the father he lost as a young child. He questions his family members, lets his camera linger on the family home, and films important family celebrations in the present, in an attempt to put together an image, a record of the person he barely knew. The journey is difficult, and one without resolution or closure. A Picture of You unhinges the notion that recording the image can complete the picture.
