I wanted to understand. I wanted to see. I wanted to get to a point where acceptance of self was not determined by the labels we and our culture give sexual and gender identity. I took 5 years of patience, friendship and ultimately trust. Amanda and I took a journey together and along the way learned to love ourselves and our fluid natures.
