Synopsis:
Human security is defined as: freedom from want, freedom from need and freedom from hazard impact. Using water as the key driver, "Too Many Degrees" examines the effect of climate change on human security in southern Africa. Witness the stories of a drought-stricken farmer in Tanzania, a Zambian couple displaced by flood and a farmer forced to migrate across the border to from Zimbabwe to South Africa in order to provide for his family.
