Thank you for visiting me here.This is my first experience in documentary film making. It was very tough for me to work on such a big and complex subject. But I tried to work out and to do something for my people to increase their awareness and involvement in environment pollution.

Hope you will appreciate my initiative and support me accordingly to move forward to do more work for my society and environment.

The film begins by depicting scenes of Assam's natural beauty through some exciting visuals of various flora and fauna as well as scenic locales. It is followed by shots of a village comprising salient features of everyday rural life. The background narration begins with the English translation of Ananda Chandra Agarwala's immortal Assamese poem — `Shuwani Aamaar Gaaokhoni Ati, Shuwani Gosere Bhoraa', a vibrant portrayal of a village. Imageries used in the poem were innovatively complimented with visuals.

The film moves onto its basic theme by projecting the process of changes in the 4,50,000-year-old earth due to innumerable chemical and biological factors. The narrator, while presenting information about the creation of living beings, including trees and animals, points out how the earth not only provides human being with food and shelter, but also supplies oxygen — the most essential of all requirement.
There is no denying the fact that rapid growth of human population around the world has led to massive destruction of forests and water bodies to raise settlements. The film is an eye-opener on how human need and greed have led to environmental pollution, which is the major threat to humans and their habitats.

Another significant aspect of the film is its focus on the concentration of greenhouse gases (GHGs) like carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and chlorofiuorocarbon in the atmosphere. It portrays how they are increasing every minute due to deforestation, industrialisation and urbanisation without proper planning, improper utilisation of natural resources, excessive use of air conditioners, deodorants and burning of fossil fuels.

With stunning visuals, the film depicts how these gases in the environment are becoming the living culprit causing environmental degradation and global warming. The documentary is a serious attempt, based on research, to inform people about the impact of increasing GHGs. It also highlights steps needed to be taken to prevent and control these. Mostly shot across the Guwahati, Kamrup, Morigaon and Nagoan districts of Assam.
