Synopsis:
As a child, Tereza Nvotova attended the bilingual school where she was raised by American missionaries that belonged to a charismatic Christian movement. While learning English, children of the school were taught how to heal, talk to Jesus, sing with their arms raised and defeat the devil. Ten years later, Tereza walked through Prague, when somebody shouted at her "Jesus loves you." It was a member of the "Triumph Center of Faith" Church, a branch of the same movement she used to know. Tereza paused in astonishment, instantly remembering her childhood. We meet Tereza's former classmates and hear what they think today about their childhood years spent at the school. We peek inside this controversial Christian fellowship, meet the members' children, and visit their "Conference of the Fire and Faith." This documentary does not attempt to answer intricate questions of faith, but instead focuses on the universal issues of manipulation and freedom.
