Synopsis:
GaiShanxi is known among the villagers are the most beautiful woman in Shanxi. During the War of Resistance, she was humiliated by Japanese soldiers, but unwilling to sink into sexual slavery, she stood up to protect her sisters. In 1992, she stood up to demand justice from Japan on her behalf, and on behalf of her sisters. But not long after, she died of illness, taking her unanswered grievance with her.
