Synopsis:
The land of Bangladesh is a creation of the mighty rivers Ganges and Brahmaputra flowing down from the Himalayas, depositing fertile silt. Hence the civilization was built around the rivers. But just as the river builds, it also destroys. One by one the croplands the fruit gardens, the graves of our forefathers, our heart and homes everything has vanished. Left destitute, the people have wandered off aimlessly. The joint families have separated. The bonds of love and affection are now lost.
