Sincerity is the most powerful way to dissolve into the now. It is the voice of the heart wanting to be discovered beyond the vial of our egoic persona. This mysterious quality does not have to be learned or practiced. It is within ourselves and we just have to take the courage to acknowledge it. I have never followed any fixed spiritual doctrine or a religious practice. It was sincerity that has lead me on the path to liberation. I could see that the ego could not escape from it or manipulate it. It was the burning light that exposed its games of power and lies. In the moment of sincerity the I was instantaneously in the heart and the ego would loose its control over me. At first I had to make an effort to surrender to the heart and become aware of the moments when I was feeding my ego. But as the years went by, this way of existing became an effortless part of myself. My awareness would recognize right away a word or a gesture that would give power to the ego and I would drop to the heart. I was not living life as a means to an end, but into a love affair with the now. end anymore. Life turned
