The Art of Dreamtime| 3mins
Director: Zoe Davis | Producer: Zoe Davis
Focus Years: 2009 | Country: Australia
Synopsis:
The making of this film was a rare historical opportunity to meet with one of the few surviving indigenous Western Australians to remember a completely nomadic existence. Artist Georgina Brown remembers a time when she and her family wandered the Gibson Desert. With her paintbrush she recreates the memory of a nomadic life in the bush and recalls her first ever encounter with the non-indigenous settlers.
