Synopsis:
The manioc small farmers in both the north and south of Brazil are explaining step by step how they cultivate, how they make manioc flour, and the differences between their ancient cultures and traditions. Mr. Ferminio and Mr. Benedito, together with their families, work all day long in front of the cameras - and what we see is a great lesson of self esteem on one hand, and complete helplessness on the other.
