It is one of the longest mountain ranges in the world. From Alaska to Mexico, the Rocky Mountains are the backbone of the United States of America. They include some of America's largest national parks: the incomparable Yellowstone, the beautiful Grand Teton and the Rocky Mountains Reserve. And it is here that the Colorado River rises, the symbol of the West and the product of one of nature's great masterpieces: the Grand Canyon.
