And the plague of forced labour is going global, now becoming part of the fabric of even the wealthiest and most progressive societies. This elite unit monitors the application of labour law and social security to combat illegal and disguised employment, exploitation of labour in sweatshops, trafficking in human beings and works toward the elimination of inhuman working conditions, including slavery.
