Synopsis:
Modern development is turning Indian cities into bustling metropolises, but at a cost. The dams and agricultural projects designed to power and feed India are causing traditional wells to dry up. Charlie also learned that the labor of collecting well water usually is left to women in most rural communities, who must walk long distances to bring water home.
