It looks toward the Netherlands for lessons in social housing, unique finance models and an approach to the design of medium density and mixed developments. The focus is on presenting and commenting on past and recent projects as relevant case studies to extract the positive qualities as well as the difficulties dealt with during the realization of the projects.
