Synopsis:
The heart of São Paulo holds the biggest movement for housing in Latin America. Homeless families occupy the Mauá, one of many empty buildings downtown. The film follows the lives of some inhabitants and seizes the revitalization of the stranded areas and the construction of a collective as a transformational agent of the individual self.
