Synopsis:
Managed by OPM and produced by Elliot Manches, the aim was to research and document the financial decision-making process of those in and approaching retirement. Issues to explore included the reasons behind people’s choices, and the impact their decisions had on their lives. Through engaging interviews, the complex behavioral psychology and cultural nuances that lead to affect people’s approach to their pensions were identified and explored. Three participants were involved as case studies, each representing different demographics.
