Synopsis:
Fisherman Saiful Amin lives at the Togian Islands, a beautiful place in Indonesia, with lots of coral. But the Bajo people, sea gypsies, in the neighbourhood destroy marine life with their bomb and cyanide fishing methods. Because it is an easy way to catch a lot of fish, it is hard to make the Bajos stop. To protect the area and to give a future to all the inhabitants, Saiful and his brother Yaffar start the foundation Toloka. Togian lovers from Katupat. They offer a good alternative against bomb and cyanide fishing. First Saiful guides us to the Bajo village. With all the houses on stilts in the sea, where the children are playing with firecrackers. The Bajos tell us about the danger of bombfishing. Then after a short introduction to Toloka we follow Saiful and his friends making a raft, bringing it to the open sea and catching a lot of fish.
