Synopsis:
“Tofiga O Pili Aau” features the initiatives of vulnerable coastal communities in Samoa to mitigate the impacts of climate change on their environment, livelihoods and infrastructure. The film was devised, planned, filmed, directed and in all other ways undertaken by a group of 12 community representatives from eight villages on Savai-i and Upolu islands, during a workshop held in the villages of Fasito'otai and Fagamalo.
