Synopsis:
One of the greatest discernmrents we need to learn is between the qualities of wisdom and the tone of judgment. This film illuminates this critical distinction, which supports us to heal how we unwittingly hurt ourselves and others. The main objective of this contemplation is to apply this theme in our own lives by doing the inquiry and personal integration. Can you first focus on the difference between wisdom and judgment in how you think about yourself and others? While looking at your pain what does your wisdom have to say to you? As you look at your life today, what are the main wisdom messages you want to remember? This practice can be done alone or with a friend, lover, or counselor. Take one to five minutes or longer to contemplate and answer the question. When done with another, it is essential that the listener remains neutral.
