Synopsis:
There are 60 million construction labourers children under 10 years do get affected because of a lack of services, most of them are migrant, invariably in the poor sector where they are affected by poverty, all mothers have to work because there is an urgent need to survive, they are looking for two meals a day, they are not concerned about what happening to their children and children get neglected, children are coming along and attending construction sites throughout the day. Children need lot of love and care, which they will not get whilst the mothers are at work. Some where children are under the care of their siblings – who themselves need care. There is no provision for day care with in India except for a few paltry schemes.
