Now I'm Free : Director: Gadi Kviatek | Genre: Documentary | Produced In: 2006
Synopsis: A director establishes a theatre group at a women's seniors club. The women originally from Middle Eastern countries were forced into early marriage to older men. The film documents the women's primary experience with theatre which allows them to reveal details exposing elements of suffering and injustice. It deals with the empowerment of women, showing their intimate disappearing world. It salutes these women who always felt marginalized, and now discover they are capable of achieving more, since they have become free.
