Synopsis:
Poverty problems present a challenge to define, identify and find adequate solutions. Several efforts have accelerated the eradication of poverty worldwide, however, it has yet persisted in some communities (especially those in Africa, south of the Sahara). This documentary shows one way through which eradication efforts should also be directed, using the example of one fishing community.
