Using a Government of India - UNDP project on natural resources as a case study, this film aims at creating awareness about the importance of Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation (PME) as a tool to improve implementation and therefore results. The documentary tries to convey the message that PME can improve participation and ownership in any developmental programme or project in India.
