My Life Story in Short:
I grew up in an Indian village where my mum ran a school for 5 years. Back in England and in my teens I found a love for art and Latin America, going on to study Latin American Studies, while paintings lots of picture. In my 20s and after a couple of years stuck in an office job I decided to break free and study documentary film. That was 3 years ago, and here I am now making films (well, trying to), learning lots, struggling to get by, but happy and inspired. Long may it last!
Well, not that I should be listened to, but I believe in a world where our lands and people are valued more than the need for monetary growth, a world where humans recognise and value our interconnected relationship with the earth and don't believe the earth is here simply to be plundered. I hope that one day we can treat our earth and our fellow humans with the respect they deserve.
“Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.”
