Synopsis:
On December 11, 1969, a Korean Airlines civil aircraft with 46 passengers and 4 crew members on board was hijacked by a North Korean spy. Under international pressure, North Korea freed 39 passengers, but the rest were never returned to South Korea. More than 40 years have passed, but the victims' families are not even able to confirm whether their family members are alive. The need to end this protracted tragedy is now more urgent than ever as the abductees and their separated families are growing older. This video documents the hijacking and shares the painful experiences of the abductees' families.
