Synopsis:
From their communities in Chiapas and Oaxaca, Tina, Cota and Eli narrate the discriminating reality that many women in Mexico face. Furthermore, each of them is confronted with the challenge of a natural disaster: hurricane, flood and earthquake. Their life stories before, during and after these emergencies reveal the strength, determination and courage of women that organize their communities’ recovery as they also reflect critically on society and its excluding practices.
