                    Synopsis:
Fetba, a small village situated in the West province of Cameroon is undergoing rapid transformation since more than 10 years now. In this locality the Cameroon government has provided population with electricity, potable water and a health center.
Raymond Tchakounte is the chief of Fetba, a charismatic leader and guarantor of Fetba's ancestral values. With France, and particularly the agglomeration of Clermont, he has initiated several development projects which are greatly beneficial to the population.
His efficiency in the mastery of social realities, his research in the field of rural economy and the strong support he has from the population, will all help boost ongoing development efforts in the village.
