Synopsis:
Yoram Drucker, a 42-year-old Modern Orthodox Jew from Jerusalem, has a dream: to take his family (wife Yael and children: Or, 17; Ziv, 14; Shir, 11; and Hen, 8) to the peak of Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (altitude: 5895 meters). Thousands of people try to do it. Four people die, each year, on Kilimanjaro. "Family on the Edge" follows the Drucker family on their journey - starting from the careful preparations, through the physical and mental challenges they face, until the dramatic ending on the "roof of Africa".
