Synopsis:
Christof and Eliane are mentally and physically handicapped. They live in Zug (CH) and work in a institution for handicapped persons. Eliane would like to live together with Christoph, but his mother is not so happy about this idea.
The film shows the life of the young couple: how they spend their free time together
(doing jogging, swimming, playing theatre in group, going for a trip to Venedig, Italy) and how they manage big and small problems. A big problem is that they are not so independent as they would like to be.
