Synopsis:
In 2002, we started to survey one among the thousand factories that compose the Pearl River Delta region. Through those years, this factory evolved in our research as a city: "The City of Production". Started in 1968 in Hong Kong, "The City of Production" moved in 1989 to a large site located at the border of Shenzhen and Dongguan. Since then it has developed a fabulous laboratory to challenge a positive capitalism through environmental engineering and social benefits for the 5000 workers.
