Synopsis:
People come to yoga for many different reasons. Regardless of what inspires them to try it, they find something through the practice of yoga that is more than they expected. In this film, many people share their journey of what drew them to practice, how it has changed them, and why they are still practicing. I made this film to explore the variety of people that I have met in my yoga community and the variety of reasons that they practice. I found a profound thread that tied the experiences of each of these individuals together. These people are among many with whom I interact each day, who inspire me in my practice and in my teaching.
