Synopsis:
Over the last 30 years, almost 82 hectares of mangrove have been destroyed in the small village of Joal-Fadiouth in Senegal due to climate change, changing ocean currents and the dumping of rubbish. Now, in an attempt to save their precious mangrove forest, a small committed group of citizens from the village are re-foresting the area and reaching out to the rest of the community to try and educate them on how to protect the mangrove and why they should all help to reforest, before it is too late.
