This documentary is a portrait of Dutch designer Claudy Jongstra. She has become world-famous because of her work with felt. The material, which comes from wool, is fabricated by Claudy in an organic and traditional way. Nowadays, this handcrafted felt is exhibitioned as acoustical wall panels in collections worldwide and used by designers like Dior, Christian Lacroix and Donna Karan.
Raising her own sheep and making her own dyes, she is passionate about her relationship to the environment and the world. But her increasingly succesful international career makes for an entirely different demand.
