Director: Gail Maurice | Producer: Gail Maurice
Focus Years: 2007 | Country: Canada
Synopsis:
This is a probing documentary into the deplorable conditions of drinking water in northern Ontario First Nations communities. Over 200 First Nations communities in Canada have unclean, unsafe drinking water. There is neglect, inefficient government response and blatant disregard for a very fundamental human right to clean water. First Nations communities are denied this fundamental human right to clean drinking water. This is Canada's dirty little truth - unclean, unsafe, poisoned water in First Nations communities.
