Synopsis:
In 1913, twenty-year-old Fritz Blumer from Engi, a hamlet nestled in a small mountain valley in Switzerland, left his home and his family. He emigrated to the United States, hoping to find his fortune in the New World. Fritz disappeared in the vast American landscape and his family never heard from him again, although they never lost faith that they would someday receive a sign of life from their missing son, brother, nephew, and later, uncle. Finally, after 70 years, Fritz's family speaks about their desire to have been connected with their heritage family, and descendants appear in Engi to reveal the mystery that they have solved about Fritz's disappearance.
