Director: Juan Saenz | Producer: Juan Saenz
Focus Years: 2009 | Country: Mexico
Synopsis:
In the past, in arid and semi arid areas in Ethiopia, severe droughts appeared once every 8 to 10 years. Due to climate change, the frequency has increased and in some places drought is now occurring every two years. This film depicts a typical day in the life of a resilient pastoralist community leader and his family. They take us through their daily challenges and demonstrate how they work as a community and how they collaborate with external partners in their adaptation activities.
